World War AI

While we see daily events unfold daily, the most searched and revolting keywords are “AI”and “laid off”. How would the commoners of the current ages ever expected the rapid acceleration of a technology that changes almost everyday, and some of the contents event get release by the hours? US-Iran war deeply impacted the rising cost of living due to the shortage of natural gas, crude oil. The remaining resources and impacts are as good as we can guess. But that isn’t all, the world faces a deeper challenge of the smart, the hardworking, the corporate loyalists are losing their jobs just like the autumn tree leaves. We expect lots more AI efficiency news to create new jobs headlines flying in our digital domains and publications.

How do we get through this?

It’s a lot to take in for families who depends on full time jobs to feed their loans, meals on the tables and tuition fees for the children. Though the smarter ones would probably be landing a role soon, but the expectations of them to perform doubling or tripling better than they used to are far higher since with the AI doing most of the rudimentary works, or even research areas, you effectively doing 2 -3 person’s role with the new gig. Some government advocate strongly on embracing AI and rethinking how to incorporate AI into the daily work. Others are so concerns of the lost of jobs that they decided to limit how their countries are rolling out AI Systems responsibly. There is no one jurisdiction who could stop this wave of changes and disruption by AI. For the very clear 2 reasons, FEAR and FOMO. Fear that their countries economical sustainability  and missing out their competitive edge when other neighboring countries are rapidly using AI in B2B and B2C economies.
